Standard fees for all services:
Add 48¢ per mile roundtrip for travel beyond 25 miles of Chef's home
25.00 minimum retainer for initial consultation with new customers

Dinner Party for two to twelve guests with sit-down service:
Chef's fee begins at $225 including cost of food
Additional charge for wait person with parties of 8 or more
Gratuities for Chef and staff are optional but always appreciated
Choose from Italian, Mexican, American or French cuisine


Buffet Party for fifteen to seventy-five guests:
All-inclusive per person pricing TBD depending on event
which includes charges for sous chef and wait staff as needed
Gratuities for Chef and staff are optional but always appreciated
Choose from Italian, Mexican, American or Chinese/Polynesian items










Cooking Class Dinner Party:
55-75 per student for 4 hour demo and dinner (includes food cost)
Individual instruction for beginner to advanced cooks:
150 for initial 5 hour class including local shopping trip
  35 per hour for additional classes (no shopping)
Group instruction for beginner to intermediate cooks:
for 3 to 4 participants---
60 per student for initial 5 hour class including local shopping trip
50 per student for additional classes (no shopping)
for 5 to 6 participants---
50 per student for initial 5 hour class including local shopping trip
40 per student for additional classes (no shopping)

Meal plan services---

Contact Chef Rick to arrange an initial meeting in your kitchen
Discuss your food preferences and any diet restrictions
Decide on how many meals you'd like and pick your first menu
Set a cooking day for the first meal plan
Reserve the date with a 50% deposit
Deduct the retainer fee when you pay the balance on cooking day
Continue your Meal Plan service monthly, bi-weekly or on call
Discounts available for 6 month and 12 month advance bookings

Dinner party services---

Contact Chef Rick to arrange an initial meeting in your kitchen
Discuss the menu proposals and choose the one you like best
Go over the guest count, disposables, tables, glasses and setup
Approve the invoice, final menu, staffing and items provided
Reserve the date with a 50% deposit
Deduct the retainer fee when you pay the balance at the end of the event

Decide whether individual or group instruction is best
