Buffet Party for 20

"Dear Rick,

Thank you so much for the wonderful party.  The dinner was sensational.  We 've been fielding phone calls all day from our guests who were all raving about how delicious everything was.  The filet [Beef tenderloin with dried cherry demi-glace] was divine, and the chicken [Chicken Francese] was fantastic and so was everything else.  Ira and I have been fighting over the leftovers.

Thanks again for a great evening.  You were charming and friendly to all.  We can't wait for the next party!"
